Scheduling your Curbside Pick-up
Select a convenient date and time for the package pickup at your specific location.
Receive Your Invoice
Once you submit your preferences, we will calculate your exact service fee and email you a secure invoice. You can pay safely online using your preferred payment method before we arrive.
Cancelling or Modifying a Request
Need to change your plans or package details? You can modify your request easily. Note that changes may incur a $5.00 fee.
Review, Confirm, Track and Relax
Review all entered details pertaining to your return to ensure your refund. Make sure all necessary questions are filled out before confirming.
We Will Handle The Rest
We work with major vendors, merchants, and courier services to complete your return. We handle weight limit restrictions and ensure your package gets where it needs to go.
