  • Select a convenient date and time for pickup.

We Handle Everything

Once your pickup is scheduled, your work is done. Our team takes over to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently.

  • If your item is unpackaged, we'll box it for you.
  • We print and securely affix the label to the package.
  • We pick up the package directly from your curbside.

Track & Relax

You'll be kept in the loop from start to finish. We provide a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is dropped off at the correct carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Same-day drop-off for pre-labeled items picked up before 4 PM.
  • Guaranteed 24-hour drop-off for all other services.
